Board Meetings

All Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, September through April.

General Membership Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the month, September through April.  Social hour 5:00 pm, Dinner at 6:00 pm, meeting to follow.

RSVPs are required for General Meetings.  Payment is due upon arrival by cash or check. Cancellations not made 48 hours prior, and No-Shows are required to pay for their dinner.

Slo’s Anniversary Party September 5th and 6th

Slo’s Anniversary Party

Slo’s Pub is celebrating it’s 22nd anniversary with a two day event Saturday September 5th and Sunday September 6th. Sue and Greg are long time and generous supporters of our club, and the anniversary party is a big part of that support. Our club is the beneficiary of the many raffles at the event. This year proceeds are going to be shared with the local ATV club but it is still a major fundraiser for our club.

In addition to being a great event and a good time, it is well attended by many people as a summer wrap up party on Labor Day weekend. There is live music both days starting at 11 am featuring (Saturday) Brad Emanuel and That Guy, and (Sunday) Two Miles South and Jet Pack Stereo.

But it doesn’t happen without a lot of help and planning.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

There are many opportunities to help with this event, including:

Set up Friday September 4th starting at 9 am.

Working the event Saturday or Sunday in two hour shifts starting at 11 am through 7 pm for food sales, ticket sales (raffles), 50/50 raffles, meat raffles or bartending. There will also be clean up each evening after the shifts end.

Clean up day on Monday, September 7th at 9 am at the club barn.

1.    Bourbon Glazed Pork Ribeye with onion Crisps and twice baked potato.

2.    Honey Pecan Salmon w/rice pilaf

3.    Chicken Picci over fettuccini

Salad/bread and table appetizers

Dessert ice cream drinks small glasses.

Appreciation Dinner is open to any club member and spouse

or significant other.

Volunteers are welcome to attend free of charge if you volunteered at 2 or more events with the club or were a Brusher, Groomer etc

IF you did not volunteer you can still attend the cost will be 45.00 dollars.

All meals comes with choice of Baked Potato, Garlic Mashed Potato or Wild Rice Blend along with Salad Bar, Vegetables and Dessert
