Beef A Rama Volunteer Opportunity

Your club will again be participating in Beef A Rama on Saturday, September 26th.

This is a major fundraiser for your snowmobile club. We will again be selling Bloody Mary’s, beef sandwiches and beer at the same location on the north end of downtown Minocqua. Fundraisers such as this are vital for your club and our efforts to provide world class trails, and we need your help!

Craig and Jessica Pacyna are leading this effort again this year. Thanks Craig and Jessica!

We need help on Friday, September 25th for transportation of club items and preliminary setup of the event, help at the event on Saturday September 26th for final setup, working the event and teardown at the end of the day and final cleanup (at the clubhouse) on Sunday, September 27th.

Setup on Friday will begin at noon at the clubhouse, to load up items and begin transportation to Minocqua. Saturday shifts are 8 to 11, 11 to 2 and 2 to 5, with extra help needed from 2 to 5 for teardown.

There is also a cleanup shift on Sunday from 9 to noon at the Cruiser Barn.

Signup sheets are currently at the Cruiser Barn on a table, or email moc.liamgnull@anycapgiarc to sign up for work shifts.
