Election Notice and Procedures 2021

Dear members;

The Board and I hope that this letter finds you all in good health!! To those who may be under the weather we wish you God’s speed to good health.

Due to the fact that we are still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic you may use one of the following procedures to cast your vote for this election.

Those who wish to vote in person may attend our Board meeting scheduled for March 9, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at our club house meeting room. PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK PROPERLY.

Those who wish to vote by Absentee Ballot must adhere to the following procedures:

A) You must send your request for an absentee ballot listing the name and full address of the persons voting.(single membership – entitles one (1) vote and Family Membership – entitles 2 votes). Please send your request to either Secretary Greg Pauli at email: moc.liamgnull@iluapjgerg or to President Dave Assmann at email: moc.liamgnull@8491regnellahc OR call 906-284-0377.

B) Following the close of nominations on February 16th @ noon, we will publish the list of candidates for your consideration via Constant Contact. The Secretary will then send you the absentee ballot(s) with a special return envelope in which to mail your ballot(s).

C) You MUST return your Preaddressed envelope with the ballot (s) to be received at our P.O. Box no later than March 9th @ noon.
