Special Election Notice – January 22, 2021

SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE
January 22, 2021

Due to the Covid-19 Epidemic and the fact that all Membership Meetings were cancelled until further notice, The election procedures have been changed as follows:

All nominations for offices that are open, will be open on January 25, 2021 and will close on February 16, 2021 (the normal day of the Membership meeting).

No nominations can be accepted after that date. If you want to nominate someone for a specific office, you will call Dick Strucel at 715-614-3434 and give him your nominee.(Name, address and Phone). If you get Dick’s answering machine, be sure to leave your name and phone number so he can return your call.

Dick will check with all nominees to verify if they will run for that office and then notify President Dave Assmann and Secretary Greg Pauli of the nominees who have agreed to run for that specific office.

Shortly thereafter, every member of the Cross Country Cruisers will be sent out a ballot by Constant Contact to your e-mail address . When Ballots are sent out to you they will have further instructions on how to return your vote.

The offices that are open are: PRESIDENT, SECRETARY AND THREE (3) DIRECTORS POSITIONS.
